As a former food critic blending business with leisure, my recent corporate retreat experience at La Quinta was a mixed bag. the hotel's meeting room for up to 60 guests was adequate for our team sessions. However, the lack of hot water in the room dampened our spirits - and showers. the complimentary wired internet access and business center were handy for quick work tasks, though the 24-hour reception could have been more alert to our needs. I appreciated the convenient location near dining and shopping establishments, ideal for unwinding post-meetings. the indoor pool and fitness center provided a much-needed respite between work commitments, even if the jacuzzi was a tad overcrowded. For business travelers seeking a functional stay with basic amenities, La Quinta offers a decent option, albeit with some room for improvement in service.
